How do I customize products?
Contact us via email or call and indicate which product and design you want. From there, our sales team will respond to you with the various customization options.
Can I see samples of personalized products before placing my order?
Yes, we have a sample kit with some products that you are interested in so you can see all the details and be sure of what you want. This kit has a cost (deposit) that varies depending on the type and quantity of samples sent. After receiving and checking the samples, you will need to send them back so that we can refund the deposit money.
What is the delivery time for customized products?
Production time varies depending on quantities, type of customization and desired product. However, the average time is 2 weeks starting from the award of the
order.
Can I make changes to my custom order after confirmation?
After confirmation and award, there can be no changes to the order. We advise you to contact our sales team to check the situation.
What payment options are available?
Available payment methods are bank transfer or cash.
Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
No, after delivery of personalized products it is not possible to return or exchange unless the product has a defect or does not comply with the order.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We have special prices for large quantities.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can monitor the process of your order through the salesperson responsible for your order.
